By PSA process, Sundex product can effectively adsorb the nitrogen in the air, while at the same time allow oxygen to get through the system to meet the needs of the patient.
Using the technology of medical oxygen generator can purify air and make the oxygen enrichment content be more than 90%. Sundex offers two type molecular sieves for medical oxygen applications: TsMed OII adsorbent and TS12-07 adsorbent. TsMed OII is a sodium X-type molecular sieve utilized in medical oxygen concentrators with flow rates up to 10 liters per minute. Sundex TS12-07 is lithium low silica X-type molecular sieve that absorb twice the nitrogen than the above two size adsorbents. It is applicable to small oxygen generator design and production, and at the same time it can effectively reduce the power consumption.
