APPLICATIONMolecular Sieve 3A is mainly used to remove moisture and can be applied to liquefied and gaseous materials on the whole. The main uses are as follows. 1) Drying of refrigerants 2) Removing moisture in paint and PU Plastic 3) Drying of natural gas 4) Cracked Gas Drying. 5) Static dehydration of insulating glass units, whether air filled or gas-filled. 6) Drying of highly polar compounds, such as methanol and ethanol. 7) Drying of unsaturated hydrocarbons ( e.g. ethylene, propylene, and butadiene) . 8) Drying of olefins drying, ethanol, etc. 9) Dehydration of many kinds of liquids ( say ethanol) air, refrigerant, natural gas or methane, cracked gas, ethylene, ethylene, Propylene or butadiene. MOLSIEVE 4A APPLICATION 4A MOLSIV Adsorbent is a clay-bound sodium form of. Type A molecular sieve. 4A molecular sieve will adsorb molecules with critical diameters up to 4 angstroms. It adsorbs water and ethanol, but not larger molecules like propane. 4A molecular sieve is recommended for the dehydration of air in hopper ( plastic) drying units and pressure swing ( PSA) dehydrators. Its exceptional product strength makes 4A ideal for sachet and other custompackaged desiccating needs. MOLECULAR SIEVE 5A APPLICATION 5A molecular sieve is mainly applied to separate normal from iso alkanes. It will adsorb the moleculars which can pass through in 3A and 4A molecular sieve and whose diameters areless than five angstroms. 5A molecular sieve has high capacity for water, CO2, and H2S. 5Amolecular sieve functions in adsorbing C3-C4, ethane chloride, ethane bromide, and butanol.It is used in the purification and drying of various gases through pressure swing adsorption inthe production of oxygen, hydrogen and air drying.
